Parmesean Crusted Chicken – Chicken breast encrusted in a parmesean breading, and topped with shredded parmesean and a fresh sage butter cream sauce, a house favorite!

Potato Crisp Chicken – Chicken breast topped with herbed Potato Crisps, baked and served with a Shallot Terragon Butter

Chicken Parmesean – Panko Breaded sauteed chicken topped with our homemade marinara sauce and melted provolone cheese

 

Steaks

New York Strip – A hand cut 12 ounce center cut strip char grilled to perfection

Bleu Steak – Our hand cut strip grilled to perfection and topped with crumble bleu cheese and carmelized onions

Delmonico – Handcut Delmonico, charbroiled to perfection!

Filet Bistro Medallions – Two tender 3 ounce filets topped with bearnaise sauce

Gaelic Steak – Choice of a NY Strip or a Delmonico topped with an Irish Whiskey cream sauce

 

Surf N’ Turf

Steak and Shrimp – 12 ounce center cut strip steak, char broiled to perfection and served with crabmeat stuffed Jumbo shrimp topped with bearnaise sauce

Crab Rooney – Two 3 ounce filet tournados topped with Phillips lump crabmeat and homemade bearnaise sauce

 

Seafood

Broiled Salmon – A salmon filet in white wine and shallots served with a fresh lemon zested dill aioli

Blackened Salmon – Blackened 8oz. filet of salmon seasoned and skillet seered served over a bed of black bean salsa

Baked Stuffed Shrimp – Five Colossal Shrimp wrapped around Phillip’s of Maryland crab stuffing and topped with Bearnaise

Homemade Crab Cakes – Two of our secret recipe homemade Crab Cakes topped with lemon aioli

 

Pasta

Shrimp Scampi – Jumbo shrimp sauteed in a white wine, garlic, minced shallot and lemon zested over a bed of angel hair. Substitute Chicken

Chicken or Shrimp a la Vodka – Chicken or Shrimp pan seared in a pink Vodka sauce with light garlic and tossed with Penne pasta

Portabella Primavera – Pan seared portabella mushrooms, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and broccoli in a pink alfredo sauce over linguini or penne pasta. Add Chicken

New Post Pasta – Sundried tomatoes, minced spinach and kalamata olives sauteed in a light garlic extra virgin olive oil topped with feta cheese. Add chicken

 

Pork

Grilled Apple Pork Chops – Center cut pork chops marinated in apple cider, grilled, and topped with sliced apples, served with applesauce.

Cajun Pork Chops – Center cut pork chops with Louisiana cajun spices and sauteed onions and peppers

Bourbon St. Pork Chops – Our tender cut pork chops smothered in a Bourbon BBQ reduction

 

On the Lighter Side

Blue Burger – Our half pound burger topped with blue cheese crumbles, carmelized onions and bacon

Fish n’ Chips – Out new and improved 11oz Haddock Filet, battered in Bass Ale, served with out house chips, a lemon wedge and choice of cocktail or tartar sauce with traditional Malt Vinegar

Olde Post Melt – Grilled Turkey, Havarti Cheese, Honey Mustard on Apple Danish Bread, to die for!!

Phillipi Creek Salad – Baby spinach, toasted pecans, blue cheese crumbles, and dried cranberries. 

Philly Cheese Steak – Shaved Black Angus beef with sauteed onions and melted American cheese served on an authentic Philadelphia Amoroso’s hoagie roll. Us O’Neill’s are from Philly, so trust me when I say this, we know how to do this right. Pat’s & Geno’s have nothing on us.

Roasted Vegetable Panini – Portabella mushrooms, vine ripened tomatoes, carmelized onions, roasted red peppers and provolone cheese on an Asiago Ciabatta

Santa Fe Salad – Our house salad topped with Roasted Red Peppers, Homemade Black Bean Salsa and Pepper Jack Cheese served with our Signature Santa Fe Dressing.

The Vermonter – Grilled chicken topped with sharp cheddar, Granny Smith Apple slices and Saratoga Honey Mustard on a toasted roll. For a change of pace try it on our Apple Danish Bread
